The Reprints seem to be pretty slow recently...

The "Fantastic Island/Danger Lie East" reprint was supposed to be out in Mid
December and still is not avalable. The same goes for the Shadow reprints.
And I note you cannot preorder these on Amazon anymore.
Anybody know what is going on with Nostaligia Ventures?

I have no idea, but I have to wonder if they are really making any money
on these. With all the text restorations and new essays, it seems like
it must cost a good bit to do each one, and the audience can't be huge.
I wonder if trying to fit in "The Avenger" was a bridge too far.

I received my copies of the new Doc and Shadow reprints on January 8.
I'll be shipping them out to my customers as soon as I receive the new
SPIDER DOUBLES from Girasol. If you're interested in pulp reprints, I
issue a monthly catalog and sell pretty much all of them, from the
Adventure House line to Wildcat Books and Wildside Press. You can

I got my copy of Doc 24 from Comics Infinity today, and I see that in
addition to "The Avenger" Tollin is going to do "The Whisperer", so I guess
the train is still going, and the delay with Doc 24 and Shadow 25 was just a
hiccup.

Nice to hear that Tollin's even as The Whisperer up for reprints.
I've been interested in reading some of The Whisperer for awhile now--
even more so since Partners of Peril was reprinted a little while back
