I pass by a "discount grocery" now and then -- a small shop that sells
stuff that didn't sell at supermarkets, dented cans, and the like. The
last time I dropped in, I discovered that they had real chocolate at
$0.55/package, so I grabbed two tablets of 72%, two of 70%, and two
labeled only "bittersweet dark with orange and spices". Today I felt
around in the chocolate bin for a tablet that would break into pieces
that fit into my pill counter, pulled out one of the bittersweet
packets, and discovered that Green & Black's name for dark chocolate
with orange and spices is "Maya Gold".
