Third from the last DOC, reprinted in tollin #15....

No spies, just weird mystery. A billionaire who doesn't want to be a
billionaire, but can see the future.

The beginning is ordinary -- it could be Mike Shayne snooping around
Miami instead of DOC SAVAGE. But then the scene shifts to Canada (to
match the cover painting) and we got DOC's scientific gadgets and
state-of-the-art aviation stuff. Routine Monk and Ham hijinks. The
editorial direction is pretty obvious -- the first half doesn't match
the second half, and the Monk and Ham show provides a thin glue for
holding it together. The second half is very like
