Sword cane

Last night at the auction, a brand new sword cane for $6! It does
have a cheesy deer's head handle, but it has a legiamate 24 inch
blade.

My better half remains puzzled...

A 24-inch blade? Nah, that's just a long knife! :)

Your better half needs educating, eh? Maybe if you wore some really
fine attire while brandishing it?

Montgomery, Alabama


I've actually seen these in Montgomery I think, over at Willie's or
one of the other big indoor flea markets, but never for this good of a
price. Those are some great places -- had a trip to Montogomery where
we ended up putting everybody but me in the van, and then stacking
stuff in around them (and this included the dog) until I got in.

Unfortunately, all pulp attire (capes, fedoras, utility belts, etc)
leaves my wife cold
